Brushing your Teeth
WARNING:
Improper brushing, with toothbrushes using Nylon
bristles can cause toothbrush abrasion, sensitive teeth, and
damage to the teeth and gums.
Proper
brushing will allow you to maintain cleaner teeth and fresher
breath when using the natural bristle toothbrushes.
Try our new
HOT WATER
brushing concept. You wash dishes with hot water to remove
bacteria, so why not your teeth? This will help remove those terrible germs!!
Here's
How:
Simply, hold the Natural Bristles under HOT RUNNING WATER
for 10 to 15 seconds "This will Soften and Condition the bristles."
Now add your favorite toothpaste and brush. You will experience the best
brushing you've ever had or we will give you back your hard
earned money, "No questions asked"
Dentists
report:
- We do not brush long enough, ( 2 to 3 minutes is recommended. Let the toothpaste loosen the plaques' grip on your teeth like soap does on dirt or grease)
- We use the wrong toothbrush, ( too hard or stiff )
- We brush improperly when we brush too hard and across
the gums
Here are some helpful brushing tips:
- Always use a soft bristle toothbrush. We recommend our NATURAL BRISTLE TOOTHBRUSHES
- Brush in a circular motion, the front and backside (tongue side) of teeth. Push the bristles between the teeth as much as possible.
- Do not scrub your teeth, because plaque is soft and brushing hard is neither necessary nor healthy for your teeth and gums.
- Use Light and Gentle Strokes and brush for at least 2 to 3 minutes.
- Be sure to brush the back side and the end of your molars top and bottom arches.
